Rose bed, check

Today's job was to weed and dig over the front bed. I'd barely started when it started to spot with rain but I persevered and the rain quickly disappeared. I managed to finish this bed and part of the front terrace before the rain started again. So, dull though it is, as a record, here is todays blip.
Colin got back from Banchory this afternoon. They've had much wetter weather over the week than we have in Edinburgh.
The big excitement of the day was a shopping trip to Lidl. I really do have to get out more.
Stay safe folks, I've heard that D got to 10km before the Poland/Ukraine border at midnight last night after a 13 hour drive from Berlin. There were people crossing the border and it's -10degrees outside. He was due to start again at dawn today.
