The right tools

I have not bought a new pair of embroidery scissors for a very long time. I don't even remember where the ones I use came from. I decided it was time to get a new pair. I had seen embroiderers using very fancy scissors and thought they were just for show. But I finally bought a pair and now I know . . . 

These very fancy scissors are amazing. The weight in the finger-hole end makes them so much easier to use and the shape of the holes makes them more comfortable. And sharp!! They are very sharp. They were not very expensive, but they are a joy to use and I know they will last a long time. 

Sometimes one just needs the right tools.
