Gym on the beach

My son has arrived this week, from the USA,
(An enforced absence from Spain,
due to Covid regulations)
It’s wonderful to have him with us…
for a few short days

He loves getting down to the beach early in the morning for a work out….
While he’s busy there …
I go for my walk along the front
And we meet for coffee afterwards!
Perfect!
