Flying at parkrun

Busy busy day…..

4+ km walk with H first thing followed by a 23:45 5km circuit at parkrun.

Happy with that as I had t ran since last weeks parkrun.

Then out for quick gym visit before some grocery shopping for our dinner then another 4+ km walk with H before picking up the FiL for some ten pin bowling at Murrayfield this evening.
