Bursts of colour

A good day in school. Wandering around local lanes with the John Muir group, meeting my two new mentees and then two wild lunch clubs. On Friday I get to hang out with the coolest young people and it’s always so full of fun.

This evening Ellie and I were at the Birmingham Town Hall for British Youth for Christ’s 75th Anniversary. Absolute highlight was Graham Kendrick and Tim Hughes on stage together singing Shine Jesus Shine. A brilliant night.

Back to Birmingham tomorrow for our first proper staff gathering for over two years. Wild.

I’m still a covid dodger, but feel like I’m hugging way too many people for me to keep my clean sheet right now.
