Paul's Project

We were working out where to plant an avenue of trees on the top Land. No idea what Aduro was up to. Can you spot Feathers? Paul then began work on digging the first four holes, filled them with water, and will work more on them another day. We had rain in the night, so the ground is slightly softer. Portugal is still in a situation of extreme drought.

Lent verses were Matthew 5v20-26:
If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, abandon your offering, leave immediately, go to this friend, and make things right. Then and only then, come back and work things out with God.
The Portuguese text says that an obligatory stop during Lent is to stop and identify situations that require reconciliation... so I did.

Gratefuls:
- having our boy here
- the ease of going and buying food (oh, may this be so for others, in Mariupol, and elsewhere)
- getting my passport renewal started (taking the photo was a right faff, as was posting the old one, and now I'm without a passport, not a great situation...)
