Blossom

Very mild today with not much of a breeze. The dark clouds over the Pentland Hills don't look very promising. However they do disappear, and there is even a bit of sunshine.

On the lunchtime walk I feel a little overdressed, probably need a lighter jacket. A bit grey though. The blossom on the trees has now really made an appearance. As has an old bear placed on a branch. I tried to photograph it yesterday, but it was too breezy. Looks in need of a good clean.

A nice after work ride. It starts off quite bright with a bit of a headwind. Traffic is quite light at the moment. By the time I get to Roslin, it has gotten quite a bit duller, and it stays like that for the rest of the ride. The breeze gives me a bit of the push up the hill. IT was nice enough to go a wee bit further than usual, so 34.9km.
