Oops! Forgot!

Took this image of our uncooked dinner last night, and then forgot to post it.

I think this is the first time I've ever posted uncooked food, but it looked so appealing, and it was even better when cooked.  Portobello mushroom pizzas, from the inimitable Dr. Clare Bailey, the wife of the equally inimitable Dr. Michael Mosley.
