Through the Pleasaunce

Greenwich Pleasaunce seems to have escaped relatively unscatched from the recent storms. Lots of small twigs on the ground, but no major damage.

Physio appointment showed I am continuing to make slow but steady progress (more needles stuck into my right calf). Cleared to start some gentle running and gradually ratchet it up.
