At home: Green and pleasant land...

Well, not quite yet....but its getting there slowly....

The little bit of rain and the forecast of warm temperatures should push things along a bit. The relentless rain last year and early this year has taken its toll on the ground. Many winter crops simply rotted in the ground where they were planted. Hopefully things are on the turn for the better, and growing will pick up.

Herefordshire holds the typical British landscape on a spring evening, its always so painterly. I think a lot of the paintings always show British Landscape as being fertile and productive, which it is.....well, hopefully when the sun starts to warm the soil again!
