Ta-dah!

What a great day! Up early and tidying in readiness for our very special visitor, drmacbatts! And in true 'great friend ness' we were in full throw of chat before the first cuppa was brewed! The rain gave up (thank god) and we strolled into town. A whistlestop tour of the Hertford museum, followed by a leisurely lunch at pizza express...and yes, constant conversation, with contributions to the topics by em and imi and the occasional interesting fact from H!
Back home in time for a final cuppa before waving drmacbatts off. Can't wait for the summer and be able to see her more often.
Managed to squeeze in a quick paint coat on the top floor wall and got caught out by young zach who asked if he could come for a sleepover...and I couldn't think why not! So have 4 little babes sleeping upstairs - lets hope he doesn't wake up too early?
