Fishing Day

My youngest granddaughter (20 years old) and her guy called late last night to say they were coming down today. She wanted to know if they could fish so of course I said come on down. They live two hours away.

So we met up at the hunt camp pond and spent some time fishing. Mariyah caught two fish, Manny two and Jerry one. Me=0

Enough to cook for supper.

We went back to the house where we all worked together to make a meal of fried fish, fried sweet potatoes and cole slaw.

An excellent way to celebrate my birthday! Outside in perfect weather with those I love!
