A Silly Saturday silly

Jerry and I went to a classic car “cruise in” today. We were both thrilled to see versions of our first cars..mine being a 70 Chevrolet Chevelle and his a 1969 Chevy Camaro. The colors were wrong but the cars brought back great memories of our first years together. Hard to believe this was almost 50 years ago.

We laughed at the engines of the newer Camaros versus the old engine. The new take up all the space where the old sat right in the middle and was much better mechanically. Jerry and his brother worked on that Camaro all the time to keep it in shape. Now nothing can be fixed without a computer and thousands of dollars. And those old motors are still running!


The highlight of the show was this Plymouth Roadrunner with Wile E Coyote foiled again by the roadrunner. If you look hard you can see that crafty bird driving! I think Admirer might have chuckled.
