Thoughts with Ukraine.

We met with our Shit Mates for our annual trip to the Royal Albert Hall to see the Mountbatten Festival Of Music with the Massed Bands of Her Majesties Royal Marines. An incredible concert with the most talented of musicians.

It started with National Anthem of Britain and then Ukraine. I wasn't expecting that and made me feel really emotional, gulping back the tears.

The concert was cancelled due to Covid 2 years ago and played to a virtual audience last year so it felt good to be back.

After the concert we headed to a Pizza Express in Cromwell Road before Mr W drove us all home.

Lady Linda kindly looked after Bella for the day.

I still have a cold and had to apologise to the lady sitting next to me for my coughing and reassured her it wasn't covid!!! I hope!
