2022 Friday — Morro Rock

We were on the road to Morro Bay when I captured today’s photo. Rain was predicted, so we’ve waited for drops all day. At 2:30 we headed out just to shake the wrinkles out of our clothes and to warm the tires on the Honda. The pups thought they needed to walk thru Tidelands Park. Actually, Mr. Fun needed a few supplies to continue on with his model car building.

Currently he is constructing a diesel truck and trailer model and he’s not able to find decals of the Canadian flag. He’d like to put several of those on the truck trailer. We have a very good friend in Canada who has just retired from the police force in a suburb near Toronto. Our friend, his wife, and their 3 adult children all went to Ottawa to see the Freedom Truckers and the convoy several weeks back.

He reported that it was very peaceful. He said the truckers were doing lovely deeds to help homeless people, single parents, and people who just needed help, there was no violence. He said the main stream media went looking for something ugly to report on and so did their prime minister. As a police officer who retired the end of January, our friend loves law and order. He also loves peace and freedom.

I’m glad there are many other options for news, not just the mainstream censoring media.

We’ll keep looking for Canadian flags.
