I was out furniture shopping with my wife this afternoon when I heard this distant thump of drums. My immediate instinct was "This is probably a photo" and so pulled out my camera and went to see what was happening.

There didn't seem to be a cohesive theme to the protest. One or two people had Ukrainian flags, others wanted an end to fossil fuels, and one guy had a placard calling for an "End to Boris".

They were guided down Warren Street by a line of police officers who I think outnumbered them by almost 2-1. I suppose there are worse gigs.
