Waiting

Every day we wait for the next piece of news, not quite knowing what will arrive or believing what we are hearing.

We had a different type of waiting today as one of the family needed to get something checked out. 08:30: call to the GP practice. Just after 10, phone conversation with GP. 11 am consultation with GP - blip is of the waiting area. 11:30 to the Royal to be seen by staff. Bit more waiting and by 3pm home with diagnosis and prescription, waiting for medicine to take effect.

What a great service by NHS Scotland.
