when you may need it......

The other day I made a hen pin cushion.
The sparkly eyes were on a sheet of assorted sparkles that I bought when my daughter, aged about 11,  requested jewels to stick on her jeans.
She is now 30. 
I don't think any jewels were ever stuck on the jeans in the end BUT luckily I kept them in my sewing drawer. They make perfect pin cushion hen eyes.
