Past its Best

A frustrating session with camera mostly because I didn't take the time to get the light right.  Having watched Polina's talk last night, when she left nothing to chance and had control over every little detail, I should have known better.  I need a good tidy up in my studio room and then get the right lights out! This tulip is creating some interesting effects and shapes though - still interesting; I have a whole vase of dying tulips!

The first stage of the lounge floor was done today - a beautifully smooth screed ready for the wood effect panelling to be laid tomorrow.  Two young lads came to do this - aged about 14 and 20 (well, you know how it is as you get older!)  We will soon be able to put the furniture back!

I pre-ordered the OM1 today having almost dithered for a few days.  Going to have a look at it tomorrow.
