An attack of sentiment?

It's no secret, just there was just little point in mentioning the fact, that Alice had a very short, very unpleasant, previous Marriage.
Why do I mention the fact?  Well a set of "Indian Tree" crockery was one of the Wedding presents, in fact in the VERY early days we used it, though not exclusively.  Eventually by a combination of events, mostly, breakages, we parted with what was left, except for a couple of plates, now one, this one.  Without breaking into our Wedding Present, still in sight, where I sit, I have no "tiny" plate less than about 8.5" ≈ 22mm and there is the odd occasion when I'd like, say, a crumb-catcher of smaller diam. WELL that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Enter the thin edge of another Grumble alert.
Reminiscent of Ernie Wise's - you can barely see the joins where three pieces meet.  The underside, never being seen, is suitably reinforced by bits from the shredder; now so old bits break off if you lift it, big bit covers most of biggest crack, the rest for levelling; though it's entirely  conceivable the underside may become more fully covered.

Grumble alert!

I bought some "Poxy" resin adhesive, not to be repeated with this brand, for a couple of reasons:-
1.  If it's a genuine 15mm, why put it in a 30mm tube?  That's how much squishing I had to do to get the first blob out of it.
2. It's colourless.  This may be advantageous under some circumstances, but it makes it hellish hard to tell the degree of successful mix.

Addendum:-
ANOTHER fault:-
Since the tubes are not colour-coded it seems as though I've accidentally swapped lids. Do I REALLY have to explain?  Poked tiny holes through for access this last use - since pliers used to "Noah Vail".
