In flagrante de-Slugo?

We've always had access to fresh Bay leaves.  I merely continued the habit - BUT - the last one popped its wee Clogs.  Today I decided to pot the recent purchase up a size or three.  When I "out-potted" it, this is the sight which assailed my optics, BUT NO MORE.
