Romanesco

Monday market visit.  My favourite book stall hasn't returned.  It sold 3 secondhand books for £7 which was great value.  Fingers crossed it's a temporary state.  It was fairly quiet in town today on lovely day.  The romanesco cauliflower caught my attention with its zingy green.

Did a bit of sawing on tree branch,casualty of storm Eunice.  Didn't get as far as I wanted as the wood needs to dry out more. 

Made veggie mushroom stroganof with puy lentils for dinner. Then sat reading for a while.

That Russian lunatic is still at large.  Thinking of poor Ukraine. :-(
