Growing Old Disgracefully

I'm 46 years old today.  My back is feeling much better since the herniated disc.  Just goes to show age does not equal wisdom.

Took a few goes to get the trigger to fire at the right instant and I need more flash power/higher F stop to freeze everything but it'll do.
