The pedibus!

Saw this going past under Blackfriars bridge on our way back to the hotel!  It had to be my blip as they looked so happy waving at me, or the world in general! 

It’s such a beautiful day here! 

This morning we had a copious breakfast at the hotel. Then we went for a walk along the Thames towards and as far as the Golden hind.   
We visited Southwark Cathedral 
, at least I walked round while Ro sat meditating! There are some remarkable monuments! Then we went into the gardens along which runs Borough Market! We stopped for a Costa hot chocolate for me and wandered back to our hotel.  Past the Tate and the Wagamama we are going to later with son and 8 yo!

Next three in Southwark Cathedral: two little angels, an old medieval roof boss from the the old wooden ceiling made in 1469 : the devil swallowing Judas Iscariot!  And Dr. Lionel lockyer whose pills were said to
