Rydw i'n mynd i ffwrdd am wythnos yn Drala Jong. Rydw i'n edrych ymlaen at y digwyddiad ond yn anffodus nid yw Nor'dzin yn gallu mynd oherwydd ei hiechyd. Dyma fydd yr hiraf rydyn ni wedi bod ar wahân ers blynyddoedd lawer. Hoffwn pe bai pethau fel arall, wrth gwrs, ond mae pethau fel ag y maent yn ddibynadwy ac mae'n rhaid i ni wneud ein gorau gyda nhw.

I'm going away for a week at Drala Jong. I'm looking forward to the event but unfortunately Nor'dzin is unable to attend due to her health. This will be the longest we've been apart for many years. I wish it were the opposite, of course, but things are as they are and we have to do our best with them.

(It is difficult to avoid thinking of terrible events in the world but I always come back to the same thought - be kind as much as possible, to as many as possible, everywhere possible.)
