Holme Island, Morecambe Bay

We popped into Grange for a few supplies and boy was it windy.  We had intended to walk but the wind and cold persuaded me to go in the car this time.

I found a different recipe for red vegetable soup which is cooked slowly in the oven.  The aroma wafting from the kitchen is lovely.

I am due to catch up with No 2 son on the phone this afternoon.  He is off on holiday tomorrow and I want to wish him safe journey.
