A powerful reminder.

Remember it is from the Universal Catholic Church Calendar we remember today is the Feast Day of The Chair of Saint Peter.
I selected yesterday's Bible verse because I find meaning and clarity and grace from the holy words.
I remember also it was Thinking Day for Girl Guides.
It is the birthday of ex Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
Today here in Rishton, it is a merciful pattern of weather.
It looks one way indoors yet it is cold, with wind strength that is difficult to define adequately.
The roots of several old trees will have been moved and dangerously so, by the very powerful storms.

Just to say, I discovered yesterday that as well as lilies being extremely dangerous for cats and dogs, if they get pollen on their fur or body and ingest it or eat it, so also are amaryllis stems, flowers and the petals. I suddenly felt promoted to check this on Google realising the lilies and amaryllis flowers have some similar visual features. Please take care and perhaps check it on Google for more information.
