Hands

...learning new music. Today was Janessa's lesson. You might not see the sparkly silver-pink nail polish and colorful bracelets, but they added a pop to the Linus and Lucy theme song. Thank you jensphotos for hosting. 

A long walk this holiday afternoon in a new place (extra): W. and I found Beaverdam Reservoir in Ashburn and followed the trail first one way and then the other. A flock of gulls out on the water yakked sociably the whole time. Funny to see them here, quite removed from the sea. The trail was muddy and squelchy but it was nice being near the water, and in mild springlike temperatures.
