Green Kingfisher

Coffee with my Monday friends this morning before a successful trip to the river to see if I could spot Mr Kingfisher this afternoon. Lots of photos but I've chosen this one because I liked the way the light caught his feathers and turned them green. An uncropped image. Of course, best enjoyed in high definition.

Then to a garden centre to pick up a pot of flowers for Mum's patio, which I dropped off before returning home for a quick dinner and camera club. Very fair judgements from the judge this evening.
