Dovestones Reservoir.
A change of location today...the far north west of the Peak District National Park! A beautiful walk into the stunning Chew Hills and moors of Dove Stone Moss, and then around Dove Stone Reservoir. The landscape was amazing with extremely full brooks and stepped weirs. My blip features the overflow machinery was also rather impressive.
It's fair to say all four seasons featured during the walk with strong winds throughout combined with rain, sunshine and cloud...no snow to report though! ;-)
A real change and fabulous fresh air freedom. :-D
