Relentless Rain!

The rain has been on a different scale altogether today. Absolutely ridiculously heavy and intense, with literally no let up...and still it continues, with ever strengthening winds too.

It was a fully waterproof outfit from head to toe for a walk this morning. I was literally dripping by the time I returned!! Mad to think the world was very white when I went to bed but not a speck of snow remained when I woke up.

There's lots and lots of local flooding which is hardly surprising given the amount of rain and how saturated the ground is...everywhere!! All the same, always awful for all impacted.
