‘Don’t do it, mum!’

JR’s double dose of torture exercise this morning. We had a delivery - new coffee cups. They may feature in a blip at some point, as they are gorgeous. JR took Archie out in the afternoon, then Hazel came over for a chat, and to see, and try out, the new cups. We chose a day to book for the upcoming Van Gogh exhibition, which has been in London, as I’ve seen photos of it on blip. Exciting.

I ate one of the last two blueberry muffins, despite being in Day 6 of The Diet. Archie wanted to save me from myself, but he did not succeed.

Terrible floods in many parts of the country. We had a lovely day.
