Ms. Maggie (Part 1)
Magnolia mine, old southern bloom,
Once planted north, you come too soon.
Magnolia mine, each branch a chain
Of diamond drops through ice or rain.
Magnolia mine, though you can't wait,
Your swelling buds tempt a frozen fate.
Magnolia mine, your blossoms speak
Of life restored, winter's defeat.
Magnolia mine, that I could show,
A flower of faith like those you grow!

Ms. Maggie has decided to wake up! Perfect timing if I should say so; as news has it that we'll be having warmer days starting today.
It was quite touch and go for a while because snow came in when Ms. Maggie was a tiny wee bud. Not like today when she's looking fit to burst. Glad she's seen it fit to grace us with her presence. Let thy minions follow suit.. A sure sign that Spring has indeed sprung!
Soon to follow -- Ms. Maggie in full bloom!
oh wow, the sun is shining! And its got some measure of warmth with it! Nice light.. Nevertheless I'm sticking with Ms. Maggie.
