Knock Knock

After a lovely sleep in a proper bed for the 1st time in nearly 2 weeks, I got up to see to Bella about 7.30 and a heard a tapping on the kitchen Window. This little Long Tailed Tit was sitting on the window sill and flying gently against the window. By the time I went to get my big camera it had stopped. I thought maybe it was telling Lady Linda she had run out of bird seed!!!

Its been  a quiet day in today to keep out of Storm Eunice but apart from a fallen daffodil, it hasn't amounted to much here in Lewes. Just as well and falling trees totally freak me out!!! Linda is surrounded by them but they are far enough away from the house not to crush us. She has just taken Bella out for a walk while I hide indoors!!!
