Notes: Slept well and not awake at the crack. Mid morning walked to Aldi - quite warm near 70 and blazing sun! Tracked my distance and is only 0.6 miles there. Had a big list of little things and checked most off. A bit more work on the back patio dirt, cooked quinoa and later buckwheat noodles and a whole package of broccoli (split in half since my only saucepan doesn't hold it all), did a load of dark laundry, made another batch of my Borax mixture, did some reading. Overall a very productive day! And my new fave NA beer arrived - Total Wine had 1 left which I tried last week and loved it. Called and they're not getting more any time soon. Found the brewery in Colorado (very close to where I lived) and was able to order online - free shipping for 2 six-packs and up and got here in 2 days! Very impressed. Brewery is Ceria (rhymes with area: https://ceriabrewing.com/) and this IPA is the closest to the IPAs I used to search for: light on the hoppiness so not bitter at all, is crisp and citrusy! And the website lists this (gotta love it): A better-for-you beverage: Studies have shown that hop terpenes myrcene and humulene are anti-inflammatories and can aid in relaxation to improve overall wellness.
