Notes: Up early and was going to go for a pre-sunrise run but when I poked my head out, there was a solid cold rain. Did yoga instead, had coffee, worked on more Wordpress stuff, took a bath, did a meditation and more work. Talked to Alison (Oregon, also helping Salini) 3-4x working out some more issues. Quiet night. Hadn't made wraps in awhile so this is cassava wrap, chicken, green olives, avocado, lettuce, parm regg, lemon, olive oil, salt and chlorella.
