St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral
The last of many photographs today. This cathedral is probably the most prominent symbol of Sofia, my favourite at least. It is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedrals in the world. While taking this image, the huge bells struck 8 pm - quite a treat for the senses.
I had some images of street flower sellers with sorrowful faces but the evening lights and the golden domes won me over in the end.
