Vincenzo

There is a place near the National Theatre in Sofia where you can often see men playing chess or backgammon as a favourite pastime. The cold and wet weather has obviously kept most (but not all) of them away. This man, called Vincenzo, was desperate to find a partner and invited me to a game while I was passing by. Instead, I asked to take a photograph of him. Luckily for me, he was quite keen to oblige and struck a pose.
