Always good to laugh in a crisis - but hopefully the Russian withdrawal of troops and tanks will continue.

Today started with yoga and a swim. Home at lunchtime and we decided to go to the cinema this afternoon - times didn’t work out and we hummed and hawed where/ what time? Nearly missed the start but a quick drive down the motorway and we arrived just as the adverts were finishing. We saw Belfast - great film and very nostalgic about growing up in the 70’s. Sad to remember the troubles?

We were going to eat out but decided to grab a pizza from Tesco to put in the oven. A glass of wine and another episode of Finding Anna completed the day.
