Rather a frustrating day. Went up the hospital for 2pm cardiology appointment. As requested I used public transport ( 2 buses each way). Arrived and was sent for an ECG, and was waiting for next stage in process when nurse came to collect me to tell me they had bad news! Fortunately it wasn’t about my ECG but about the non appearance of the consultant. Without him the clinic couldn’t run. Apparently he had told his PA to cancel the clinic, but he had forgotten. So I came home again. Ok for me really but would have been cross if I’d taken time off work so struggled to get there. Wonder how long it will be before I get another appointment. I just got home as it started to pour with rain so that was lucky. Then the sun briefly came out- liked how it reflected on the raindrops on the acer.
