Dewpond #2

The second dewpond in my series is almost invisible. Its just off the South Downs Way long distance footpath but I'd bet that most people walking past are unaware of it. It is completely enclosed behind a dense thicket of bramble and trees. One half of the dewpond has been overwhelmed by young trees but on this, the near side, there is still open water behind the wall of bullrushes. Its quite a contrast to dewpond #1 that you can see here.
