Tiny crocuses

Woke up to another wet day.
However by lunchtime the rain had stopped, and we did have some sunshine.
Spotted these almost hidden in the garden. Can’t remember planting them. Not a bulb I buy as we don’t get any sun in the garden at this time of year, and so they don’t open out.

Lunch was some of the leftover fish pie from last night.
I halved the recipe, which was for 8 people, so couldn’t manage to eat it between us, especially as there was the Christmas pud. for afters. Couldn’t manage all that either, so that will be warmed up later.

As it cleared up we went for a walk after lunch.
As expected it was very muddy in places.
I hope the storms that are forecast aren’t going to be as bad as they say.
