Squash

This evening I played squash for the first time in about 6 years. This is my bat (as JC calls it) along with a yellow spot ball. JC has a red spot and is just starting learning squash so it was a nice little work out. We did score (thats the competitor in me) but it'd be unfair to reveal it. I'm now expecting to play every week at least once.

In other news I'm bunged up with cold.
