Communication

… is Jenny's mono Monday theme. This is our satellite disc which communicates with StarLink for our internet. It has a weird name like Dishy McFlatface or something similar. Our internet speeds were terrible (ie no emails or pictures would go up or down) so Bob ordered one of these when he heard they were coming to our region. He installed it with me watching nervously from below. The speeds are much improved.

I’m feeling a bit below par today. Our friend Kate was coming for dinner but cancelled as she had been in contact with a positive Covid case. I said not to worry, we can reschedule and I’ll go back to bed. Shame as I had dinner half cooked.

I got a box of chocolate from my Valentine. ❤️
