Oh... Deer!

"If you go down in the woods today, you are in for a big surprise!" There be deer! 

And guess who was there! My dear little friend from last week. (February 3 blip)  There she was right there on the path, but not alone this time..Was that her mom with her? Or maybe a chaperone? Perhaps she got in trouble for venturing out alone last week and now can only go when accompanied by an adult? Whatever, she was being closely watched.... and was on her best behaviour..no begging for food this time...such a treat to see.... 

...it made my day....

..which wouldn't take much, as the rest of my day was a CTScan followed by endless news coverage of the trucker protests that are blockading the Canada-USA border and wreaking havoc in our major cities...geez...
