Out on a Saturday night

Today was a DIY day in the main. I managed to refix a curtain pole in the bedroom which was coming away from the wall. It took ages, involved much cursing and a trip to Wickes for fixings I didn’t have, but it’s done and I don’t think it will fall down for a while yet. This evening went to see G&T in Henfield as M was staying with them, and we went to the White Hart which was a pleasant change as Saturday evening at a pub has been a rare event recently.
