Cliffe High Street

Today was mostly a walk in the winter sun - 13 miles in all. From home to Polegate where I caught the train to Lewes to buy some walking boots. Then on the train again for the walk back home from Polegate. Lewes was its usual vibrant self and my new boots were reduced in a sale so all good. J & L were over so we had an Indian takeaway and sat round the brazier until it was slightly too cold. A very pleasant day.
