Saturday shopping
A highly successful charity shopping trip in Shawlands from where I sourced something suitably black for the Choir Festival, I’m hoping I can jazz it up with something a bit more colourful, if that’s permitted. Especially pleased with the Gabor boots (which fit if I wear walking socks).
I can never go past Art Space G41 without dropping in for a chat and a browse. I was lucky there too today and saw this camel themed face covering which will perfect for a pal who is about to trek across Egypt.
I am more Scottish Govt compliant than I thought following the visit of a well-intentioned neighbour who told me that my alarms are in fact interconnected, hard wired moreover. The purpose of the call was also to tell me that they almost certainly 3 years out of date having been installed when the flats were constructed in 2008 or so.
Subsequently spent a jolly afternoon with another neighbour drinking strong coffee and celebrating the good news.
And I can’t resist blipping a photo of my younger granddaughter, Amber, watching the rugby; we lost.
