More sheep

and chilli oil in extras.
I am still on the look out for lambs as I know the farmer has a few early lambs, but no signs of them so far. They are probably in a different field. I saw these ladies as I walked into town. My afternoon activity was to make chilli oil. In this case I use our home grown chillies from last year. They have been sitting in a bowl in the kitchen since then as I let Mr D take care of the spicy food. As they don’t seem seem to be being used, most of them have now become chilli oil and will be used by me! Especially as the recipe indicates a short shelf life.
