Another day, another Bookclub

This time it’s the Sedbergh WI Bookclub. We have been reading Margaret Atwood book, The Testaments. This is the second book by her dealing with Gilead. The story dealt with the total suppression of women by men and how the women finally triumphed. This book certainly split the group. I really enjoyed it, but found the attitude to women was very challenging.
